Chef Brett Vibber brings years of experience and training and culinary imagination to the Center Bistro, creating a wide array of edible delights that will leave you wanting for more. Open to the public for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, The Center Bistro is also perfect for your evening special event or workshop, with seating for 50, state-of-the-art presentation and sound equipment, and a modern and warm environment that will make your guests feel special. On Friday nights we feature live acoustic music. Come and eat and have a drink with us on our new outdoor patio. The only thing frozen you will find at The Center Bistro are the margaritas!

The Center Bistro boasts a scratch kitchen, with Chef Brett serving only delicious dishes that are prepared with ingredients found locally. Chef Brett’s formal training is in classical Italian as well as Fine Japanese cuisine. He honed his skills in a variety of restaurants throughout Italy, and England, where trucks do not deliver frozen ingredients, like most restaurants in America, but rather where Chefs go out each morning and hand pick the ingredients to be used in that day’s meals.

Chef Brett brings that same mentality to The Center Bistro, created by Founder Austin Vickers with the same principles in mind – local, independent farmers, organic, hand-prepared. Our eggs come from chickens that have been fed with our scrap vegetables, fruits and grains. Our meats and greens come from independent ranchers and growers we know by name. And our ingredients are locally grown, seasonal, and never frozen. That means that you might have to wait a little longer for your food to be prepared, and your delicious meal may surprise you with flavors that are different than the last time you ate the same dish, but you will always be served food the way nature intended – fresh, nourishing, and naturally flavorful.
